ISC considers two sites for Denver race track

NASCAR suspends four crew chiefs

NASCAR got tough Tuesday, suspending four crew chiefs for Sunday’s Daytona 500 and then some. Lee Spencer called the four-week suspensions, coupled with $50,000 fines and point penalties, handed to Kasey Kahne chief Kenny Francis and Matt Kenseth chief Robbie Reiser unprecedented.

Hamlin calm, focused entering second season

Denny Hamlin’s Speedweeks didn’t get off to a great start as a last-lap wreck in the Budweiser Shootout prevented him from defending his title. But Rea White says the 2006 rookie of year has a new routine to avoid a slump.
